Once you order something from Sybazzar, it will normally take 2 - 4 days for Kathmandu Valley. And 4-6 days outside Kathmandu Valley.

We have our return policy. Please submit a return request using the Sybazzar app or website if your product was delivered broken, faulty, inaccurate, or incomplete. If you wish to return a Sybazzar Korean product, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return a non-Sybazzar product, you must do so within 7 days of the delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept on Sybazzar?

We accept E-sewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Cash on delivery, Mobile Banking, and Credit/Debit Card.

You can download Sybazzar mobile app or visit to our website to create an account.

  • Click on Create An Account.

  • Enter OTP, Full Name, and Password, then Click on Verify and Proceed.

  • After that, you can login into the account.

    Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

    If you have already received your order, you may not be able to cancel it but you may be able to return as per our guidelines.

  • After Payment proceeds, your order is placed, and you will receive it in 3-4 days.

  • Can I exchange a product on Sybazzar?

    The product can only be exchanged if it is damaged, exchanged, or misplaced.

    What is your refund process on Sybazzar?

    Once the product is handed over to us, we then contact you(the customer) for your payment method on how you want to take the refund, and after confirmation, we proceed with the process.
